Immunosuppressant for children

Hi all This is my first post! Both my husband and I have psoriasis. Unfortunately so does our 6 year old and it's quite severe with him, widespread guttate all over body and extremely thick coverage over whole scalp. He has just this week commenced cyclosporin and just wondered if anyone had experience of this with young children. Was it successful and if not what was the next treatment offered.
