alcohol and mxt

i have recently started a program of mxt to combat psoriasis and pa.i have been a binge drinker for the best part of 20 yrs and realise i must cut back but dont want to give up completely.does anyone reckon that i could have 3-4 guiness on darts nite and be safe enough?

I am assuming that by mxt you mean methotrexate.
Bear in mind also that methotrexate can cause impairment of your liver function. Your liver needs to process any alcohol you consume, and alcohol in some quantities can also damage liver function both short term and long term.
I don't think anyone would be able to tell you definitively whether or not you are safe to drink any specific or regular amount of alcohol while also taking methotrexate.
Apparently there are some palatable alcohol-free beers available these days.
