Face cleansing routine?

Hi all, Usually I just use water and moisturiser on my face but over the summer it's been getting really clogged up with sun lotion and starting to get spots, blackheads etc. I currently have a psoriasis flare up across my nose and cheeks and in between my eyebrows... Does anyone know a cleanser and/or face mask etc that will be good for clearing my skin without irritating it? I use aveeno lotion to moisturise... Thanks for any help you can give! Xx
