Psoriatic arthritis but no psoriasis

Hi everyone, Just hoping someone can help me. I’ve recently been told by my gp I may have psa. I’ve never had psoriasis and this has happened really quickly. I’ve had a terrible rash on my hands and fingers for about a year, my dermatologist put this down to eczema. When I last saw him my nails had started to pit and I’d lost one. Now 4 of the nails on my right hand are affected and an x Ray showed early stages of psa, but luckily no joint damage yet. Currently I’m only taking naproxen and paracetamol, and seeing rheumo in 6 weeks time. I’m wondering if the rash on my hand is psoriasis and the dermatologist has completely missed the signs? I started feeling aches in my hands and feet a couple of months ago, but over the past ten days I can no longer make a fist in the morning, and still can’t fully close my fist as the day goes on. With regards to the skin on my hands; it starts to burn suddenly, then it itches and bleeds suddenly, then it just gets really dry. I don’t think I can post a photo on here? The cuts are really deep and the only way I can describe it is like the pith on an orange!!! Anyone have anything similar? Sorry for the essay! Xx
