Guttate Psoriasis

I have recently discovered a rash on the left side of my body which looks like Guttate Psoriasis does anybody know what to use to stop it itching or spreading any further

You cannot simply stop it spreading (eg by use of any topical treatment). It might spread or it might not.
Some people have had success in reducing the severity of their psoriasis by making doet changes, something like that MIGHT stop it becoming worse.
An emollient/moisturiser might reduce the itching. I use Doublebase Dayleve Gel, or Doublebase Gel.
I suggest to see a doctor and get a formal diagnosis, and treatment advice.
