Flare up

hi, I have lived with psoriasis for 30 years. At most I have been able to contain it and live with it. over the last few weeks I have had a flare up but not in big patches but individual dots all over my legs and arms. I have never had an outbreak like this. whilst it looks similar to psoriasis I am not entirely convinced it is. has anyone had anything similar. thanks

Yes I have. It sounds like a different trype of psoriasis. BUT rather than speculate, I would recommend you go to your doctor for a formal diagnosis.
