Hi I've has psoriasis since birth, I also have it in my nails, for the last 4 yrs I've had terrible lower back pain, and knee pain I've just had a blood test that has shown I have raised inflammation levels, I've just had my first opiontment with a rheumatologist I told him in convinsed I have PSA but he didn't think I have! Um hoping now the blood tests with prove him wrong, I was just wondering if anyone else suffers with chronic back pain n stiffness? Xx

My rheumatologist diagnosed polyarthalgia. I have a lot of stiffness in my neck and shoulders, which is particularly bad in the morning. Like you I had blood tests showing elevated inflammation. But as I don't show other symptoms associated with psoriatic arthritis they ruled it out. Hope this helps. C
