Helpful moisturising creams

Posted Sat 1 Dec 2018 14.11 by Linda

I've tried many different moisturising creams over the years, but recently tried Marks and Spencer's Shea body butter. It has really helped my skin in terms of reducing the redness and scaling of psoriasis patches. I know everyone's skin is different but I just thought I would pass that on, it might be helpful to others.

Looks like this one is good. I used activated charcoal cream. This is quite natural and helped me a lot. This one suits oil for my dry skin.

The best I have found is < Doublebase Dayleve Gel > ( note this is slightly different from the Doublebase Gel). It hydrates the skin AND leaves a slight barrier. The regular Doublebase gel leves no barrier.
