Hi, I'm new, just been diagnosed with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I've got the worst patches of visible psoriasis under relative control using only aqueous cream to wash in and aloe Vera gel to moisturise and reducing exfoliating to virtually none (it was daily before). I do really suffer with joint pain and absolute exhaustion though and also have hypothyroidism (waiting on test results to find out if it's hasimotos, my original rheumatologist dropped the ball big time) endometriosis and cyclic vomiting syndrome, along with two spinal injuries from a high speed car crash and crumbling facet joints. However, even though I only have the odd visible skin patch, I itch like crazy all over and get random places that feel like I have crushed glass digging into my skin or lodged just under the skin. Is this part of the psoriasis? I haven't found any literature to confirm this.
