Light therapy feeling strange/ unwell after

Hi. I suffer with plaque and guttate psoriasis and am having a particularly bad flare up. I'm currently in my second week of light therapy and I have it three times a week. I feel very emotional and unwell when I come out. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks
