Hi had Psoriasis since the age of 24 now 40 which I have managed quite well until I’ve noticed it in my nails and as a nail technician this can be embarrassing before I go to the doctors is there anything anyone has tried which has helped their nail psoriasis any suggested will be much appreciated

I've read somewhere that Gelatine can help .. I'm currently eating jelly every day to see if it makes any difference but only have been for a week so it's too early to tell .. but worth a try?

I did look at bone broth but it's a fortune to buy and I wouldn't know where to start making my own. (When I say a fortune, I found it was about £5 for a single serving which I think is quite expensive).
I agree about the sugar in jelly though however, jelly is cheap by comparison.
I might keep looking to see if I can find bone broth for a more realistic price.
