Soles of feet.

I just joined this forum as I'm at my wits end. I've had psoriasis all my life, generally small patches on my scalp and legs, but a few months ago developed it on the soles of my feet, and on my palms. I was prescribed Fucibet at first, which did nothing, and I've just finished my third round of Fucidin, which eased it somewhat, but as soon as the course ends, the psoriasis is back with a vengeance. Today is the second day I've had to call in sick at work, as I literally can't walk. My soles look like they've been burned, they're red, raw, scaly and cracked, and horrendously painful. I'm just covering them with germolene until my next Drs appointment, which is tomorrow, but I can't go on like this, it's really getting me down, and affecting my whole life. My boss is great, and very understanding, but I'm missing out on life. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.
