Decal and folliculitis

Hi, I began with psoriasis on my scalp aged about 40 and it developed into decalvans folliculitis..I'd never heard of it before..but I now have a completely bald patch on my crown which is now the size of my palm :( which luckily can be concealed by tying my hair up...has anyone else had a scalp condition progress like this..I would love to hear from you if you have..thanks .
