Posted Mon 7 Jul 2014 18.43 by bev61 First got plantar psoriasis in 2009. I have been in remission until April 2014, but it has now returned with a vengeance.
I've developed severe psoriasis on my feet and hands after 5 years in remission. My consultant has prescribed ointments consisting of Dermovate & coal tar, but as this hasn't been effective, he has prescribed Neotigason. I accept that there may be side effects, but wondered if there is anyone out there who has found this to be an effective treatment. Also has anyone found ways of managing plantar psoriasis to minimise pain & discomfort?
