Is it psoriasis and eczema

Hi all, I’m having a bad flare up today, about a hundred or so tiny dark red spots have appeared over this afternoon. This happened around the same time last month, noticeably at the end of my last period and again I’ve just finished my period. I don’t know if anyone else has ever noticed similar? Up until these tiny spots, the ‘psoriasis/eczema’ has appeared as larger spots, so I’m wondering if this is the same, something different? Has anyone experienced similar? TIA
