Psoriatic Arthritis and Complications

I thought it was about time we had a thread that focussed a bit more on PsA and the plethora of complications - if only so the Pso suffers can understand what they have to look forward to! I have had Pso for 25+ years and in the past 8 years have been getting progressively worse arthritis symptoms. Everytime I get a new 'inflammatory' thing going on, I go online and google whatever it is 'and Psoriasis' and it always comes up as a complication someone else has reported on a forum somewhere. Would love to get a discussion going on this - care to share your stories?
