i am a male and have it on every conceivable intimate part, thankfully it doesnt scale in these areas or that would be very distressing. i am using Eumovate on those bits and it took about 4 weeks for it to clear. you have to be careful however because the really sensitive bits can become, really sensitive and in my case got very sore as I do a lot at the gym and cross train. too much skin on skin contact. Lanacaine anti chafing gel works for me, and my therapist didn't see it as a problem when I told her.
