Is Light Treatment Making Me Tired.

Hi,I’m having light treatment 3 times a week at the moment and I’m noticing I’m really tired and feel exhasusted!
Has anyone had this while having this treatment?
I’m into my 2nd week,got 6 more weeks to go.

I found it tiring too and concluded this was due to having to fit three hospital trips per week into my normal busy routine.
Stick with it, it will all be worthwhile. Good luck!

Hi Carnival,
Yes I think you are right.I work 4 long days too including Saturdays and I think altogether hospital and work its exhausting!

Also has anyone had itchy hot skin after each session of light treatment?
Itching driving me mad! Any suggestions what to put on it?

for me light treatment drained me half way through my treatment as i was getting better and being a security guard it doubled for me, id fall asleep as soon as i got in until i woke up the next morning.
