UVB treatment with Dithranol: any advice

I'm having UVB treatment for my psoriasis on Monday in 2 two days. After the UVB treatment I'm having Dithranol applied. Is there any advice people could give me to ensure the best results and long term effectiveness. My appointment is quite early in the morning. And two months for 3 times a week. Any advice!
