Swimming pool

Long term sufferer, but new to the forum.
Recently ive been in better condition and braved the swimming pool to teach my kid to swim. Ive avoided the pool for years since being diagnosed.
Went ok for a while but now suffering a flare up. Not sure if a result of a recent bit of heightened stress and a little poor health or from the swimming pool.
Has anyone else had issue from the pool? I'd really like to keep going but it'll be a while before i get this flare under control enough to go back and i dont want to go at this cost.

When I was younger I was stopped by doctors going to weekly swim lessons because they said that was why it had flared up ? I don t swim regularly now but when I do my skin is tighter so there might be some truth to it??
