Pommade Divine etc for plaque psoriasis

Hi everyone, applying Pommade Divine to my plaque psoriasis on my elbows etc. twice a day seems to stop all flakiness, but still doesn't make the raised redness subside. I would recommend buying some as a starting point if you have the same. They say it's fine in pregnancy too, but would recommend checking this carefully yourself as apparently it does contain vitamin A - one of the reasons it works normally. What other natural, food, or vitamin supplements have worked for you all with the same? I saw one suggestion about blueberries so will start buying them regularly to try also. What else...? I also get irritant contact dermatitis on my hands - getting deep cut fissures that bleed in the folds of my skin on the back of my knuckles. I've found pure lanolin works to completely stop that though (though note it can be an irritant rather than a cure for some). Sharing here in case the conditions are related and anyone gets that too.

I have had plaque psoriasis on my fingers & on my feet, quite severe at times. My fingers used to be so sensitive, that they would crack quite easily. My dermatologist told me in the spring of 2017 that my nails were dead & would never regrow. He was wrong. I have found relief with topical application of CBD oil. It's expensive - $90 for a 40 mil bottle in Canada, and it's not covered by drug plans. In a little over 1 year, I would say that it has cleared up my hands & feet by over 90%. As CBD oil is used more and more, I am sure that it will relieve symptoms of a lot of afflictions. In Canada, we need a medical prescription to buy it from a producer. I have uploaded before & after photos here: http://www.normtoogood.ca/psoriasis.htm Good luck!
