Hi
I'm off to the Dead Sea for 2 weeks in May to treat my psoriasis. It's my third visit over a 13 year period and I've had clearance on both of my previous trips.
An appeal to anyone else that has done the sunbathing there - I can't remember the schedule for sun exposure, to build up the time in the sun. Anyone happy to share their schedule?
Sure by the 2nd week I was getting up to 5/6 hours a day but can't clearly recall
Thanks,
Gary
P.s. for anyone really suffering I do recommend the trip. It's more convenient than UVB (the only other treatment that clears me) as you don't have to trek to the hospital for a few months. Drawback is the cost - about £2600 for 2 weeks (flights, hotel, halfboard)

Great if it works for you. It did not work for me - I am glad I tried it but it was expensive and it did not work.
