Hair fall due to psoriasis

Hello, i had severe psoriasis in past, but now its in control only 10% is affected but not scalp. I feel itchy if i dont wash my hair with oil and shampoo daily and there is lots of hair fall which is resulting in baldness. Iam 27 years and recently in 3 years i have hair fall issue.
