Methotrexate, what day to treat?

Hi, I'm just about to start methotrexate this week and trying to work out what is the best day for me to take it so that potential side effects have minimal impact on my work/life I'm a vet nurse and work 40 hours a week, Mon to Fri. I'm on my feet all day and my job is quite physical. Was thinking if I take it late on Friday I'll sleep through the worst if it and don't have to worry about going to work feeling rough the next day. What are peoples experiences of this?
