I have suffered it for eight years now and have real difficulties in trying to improve.
I too have started recently (Saturday 13th September 2014). Let me know how you get on. I have to boil these Chinese herbs and make a tea. It tastes awful but am desperate with my psoriasis.

I have Guttate Psoriasis in the most severe way
Hi there. I had Guttate Psoriasis in a severe way, on my arms, legs, scalp, inside my ears, under my breasts, in the folds of my skin, i was devastated and my Derm gave my steroid creams which could not even cover a fraction of my skin. I knew I had to find some other way. My sister in Miami told me to find an Acupuncture Clinic, because she was taking accup in Miami for back pain and it was doing wonders for her. I then googled Accup clinics here in New York City and found Bliss Acupuncture and Dr Daniel Yi. I have been treated by Dr Yi for the past three months and can happily say my Psoriasis is 90% gone. He treated me with Acupuncture sessions once a week and gave me chinese herbs to drink every morning and every evening, and a detox bath to soak in every night before bed. I still have 1 more visit with him and I know by then my skin will be completely cleared. Thank you Doctor Yi (I call him Dr Yi because he is a healer). Now I know that should my symptoms ever come back, I have to get to his clinic at once. ,
