Methotrexate-Side effects after a year?

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have been on methotrexate for over a year with good results. At first, i experienced mild headache/tiredness but it subsided. Occassionally still some tiredness but generally ok. Recently (about two weeks ago), I have been experiencing waves of nausea. Has this every happened to anyone this far after starting?
