Hello all.
I’ve got the P and sadly it’s in places you wouldn’t want.
I’ve uad it for over 15 years now too.
Just wondered about what’s best to use. Or new inspiration.
The GP has given me Dovobet and Canesten Clortizmole and hydro but these don’t really work and I’m worried they are also a bit too strong for the area.
I’m currently using a cocktail of Epaderm cream and Aveeno however with not much results as itching is quite bad st the minute. However I’m having a stressful time at minute so may be the reason.
I’ve read on here about DOUBLEBASE gel.
Is this the correct one before I buy?

Also read about CBD oils. Is this to be rubbed into area? Including sensitive areas? Does this come from Holland and Barrett too?
Also I’m going to try sea salt again in bath but didn’t work before to be honest.
Any advice welcome. Thanks
Bill

Also just to add that I’ve always used oilatum soap. However recently it’s started to make me feel more dry and itchy

I don't know if this will be helpful, but here goes: I have been through prescription medicine & ointments from 2 dermatologists. On my own, I started using CBD oil on my plaque psoriasis almost 2 years ago. I had very heavy plaque on my feet with deep fissures & my hands had numerous cuts, and my nails had pretty well died. As of today, most of my psoriasis has cleared up. The oil is easily spread and absorbed into the skin, and I don't ingest it. I also find that this oil helps with healing ordinary sores. Cannabis is legal in Canada, and I'm able to purchase without a subscription for about $20 for a 30 ml bottle. There are some pictures of my plaque psoriasis here:

Good luck!
