Fingernails and toenails

Is it possible to have some nails badly affected, but others not? I have no pitting on any nails, except two toenails, one on each foot, which are absolutely destroyed to the point of detaching.

Hey, I first started suffering with psoriasis when I was 15 years old.
Hey PJ, I don't actually have an answer to your question but when psoriasis flares up under any of my nails it's just one or two of them on both my toe and finger nails. Also like you it's to the point the nail is detached from the nail bed.

Thank you for the reply. It was useful and helpful. I'm seeing the rheumatologist again soon and it's something I want to discuss with them.
