Hemp cream

I have read about using CBD oil, but in the articles I read I recall that several stated that hemp products probably do not contain the beneficial ingredient, due to the part of the plant being used to make the preparation. I read about them early last year when there was a surge in articles in the media about CBD oil, but I am hazy on details now. I was in the midst of an extensive outbreak of guttate psoriasis at the time and looking for non-steroid options. My guttate eventually faded, and so I have not referred back to any of this recently.
