64 and first time psoriasis sufferer

Hi, am 64, in January I started to lose a lot of hair and then we hat was diagnosed as psoriasis, now have it all over my scalp, body and legs, am 3 weeks into UVB treatment and it's got worse, has anyone any ideas a. Why I've developed it, am probably the least stressed I've been in my adult life and b. What could've triggered it?
