Pharmacogenomic (!) testing for PPP

Has anyone had their DNA sequenced to find out what meds will work? In my case, biologics have gone from almost-working to disastrous while Otezla is the only drug that has helped, though sadly, now losing efficacy. I recently threw out two months of Cosentyx, and God knows how much the NHS paid for that. I'm fairly sure genetic sequencing is more cost-effective than wasting expensive but useless meds.
