Excessive sweating

Hi I’m a 39 year old male and have suffered with psoriasis since my early teens I have large areas on my legs and arms
As I’ve got older I have noticed I have started to sweat more and more
I have been checked by the doctors for anything else and all is fine
I’m not on any medication for my psoriasis just moisturising creams
Just wondered if anyone has experienced anything similar

I have started to sweat a lot during sleep as skin worsened, I’m late forties.

I’m 24 and am the exact same, tend to find myself sweating when I’m not even hot. Only really affects my underarms but affected my confidence a lot. So I had Botox injections in my underarm which almost freezes your sweat glands, I was completely dry for near 6 months. Pretty expensive though, cost me £300 but for me it was definitely worth it and will be doing it again come summer time. Think it’s free on the NHS but I couldn’t get myself referred for it, think things need to be pretty bad. I just went to a private aesthetic clinic.
