Dark spots in plaque psoriasis

Hello, I’ve had plaque psoriasis on my knees, elbows and ears since I was young.
I now tend to manage my psoriasis with moisturiser, after several years of trying different prescriptions and light therapy.
I’ve recently noticed that the psoriasis on my elbows has small round black / grey patches within it. About the size of large freckles
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Katie ,
I've got several type of psoriasis .
Some patches are like plaque psoriasis and some are other types like scalp and I'm really worried about it.
Symptoms disappear sometimes and automatically comeback too.
