I have had psoriasis on my hands and right calf for a long time, it was I believe induced by Bisoprolol prescribed after my heart op 3 years ago. I realised that a hot bath every morning with dead sea salt added was beneficial. This I have bought recently from Amazon rather than the more expensive Westlake. This eased my irritation immensely and I cannot say it will work but it worked for me

I generally agree with whatever works for each I individual, go for it but....
I have recently read that you should avoid hot baths and showers and go for warm instead. I believe this is because hot baths contracts blood vessels, makes us sweat more and can make our immune system think there is skin damage and attack. I found this the hard way with washing up. I like to have the water very hot but my hands suffer the consequences. X
