Advice on creams

Hello, this is my first post as I’m very new to psoriasis and to read all the forums has made me feel so much better. I had a small patch on my face for years but in January out of nowhere, it started Appearing on my legs and now it’s a full flare up of guttate psoriasis. My legs, arms and back are covered! This has had such an impact on my life, I was very confident but now don’t want to go out. I’ve been prescribed different types of cream but today was prescribed exorex, I was wondering if I should be using a moisturiser with this too? Any advice would be much appreciated as I feel I have no idea!
