Hi guys
I’ve had psoriasis since 1995 and PSA just confirmed (although I’ve been showing signs of it since 2009) and I just wanted to share my experience with you with the different treatments I’ve tried. At the beginning it was the usual creams such as betnovate, eumovate amongst others and the last few years I can say I’ve found the best one that works for me. Enstilar foam. The only other thing that clears my skin is UVB treatment so it’s worth a shot!
Also I managed to buy a 6ft narrowband uvb lamp with 4 tubes for £500 off of eBay as recommended by someone who also has psoriasis.
I can say between using the foam alongside the uvb treatment my skin is clear. I have to point out that I don’t use the uvb everyday nor every week. When I get a flare up I use it but that’s all.
Anyway I hope you all have a good week. Take care everyone.
