Hi, does anyone have one and if so do you do you 30 seconds facing and then 30 seconds back and increment as guidance, or do you do 15 seconds front and then 15 seconds back for 1 30 second session?

Start low, and slowly add more time, I do no more than 60 seconds facing the bed and again on my back, 3 times a week until everything calms down, then I have a good break from the bed. covering my face at all times. I also keep my boobs protected. After speaking to my dermatologist. Best of luck
