Pregnancy on a biologic treatment

Hi all Wondering if anyone has any experience with pregnancy that happened will being treated with an IL-23 biologic? I am currently on Skyrizi injections, which is an IL-23 inhibitor, and have just found out I am pregnant. I was 4 weeks into my 12 week long injection when I had a positive test. I am waiting for information from my Dermatologist, looking for any experiences to ease my mind while I wait =) Thank you!
