Infected psoriasis

Hi does any body know any treatment I can try while I wait for an appointment to the dermatologist I have been on 4 lots of antibiotics steroid cream and dovenex cream also tried fungal cream in my groin many thanks

hi in my experience there's no treatment for psoriasis until now i remember the past 2 years , i cured from it , i stopped visiting doctors , there's nothing come from them , they consider us as experiments rats my psoriasis disappeared because of this : i take bath with cold water i means Tap water without heating i use Natural bath soap i don't use body brush , i just us my hand on areas that I can reach after bath , i use dermal ointment called ''dermosalic'' im my country i stopped eating fried food , fish and red meat this is what I did ,
