Body washes made for those with psoriasis [1] are claimed to be less harsh on skin than many other body washes. But what about how those body washes compare to just a water shower instead of compared with body washes? Water isn't harsh on the skin, and leaves some naturally occurring oils.

Home Health carries a body wash medicated especially for psoriasis patients. What’s awesome about it is that it provides treatments to scalp psoriasis as well! This is an incredible multi-use product because it can be used as a psoriasis soap and shampoo. It helps moisturize the skin and soothe flare-ups while giving you fewer products to fuss around with.
