HRT and Psoriasis

Hi :) Ive unfortunately suffered with psoriasis all of my life apparently i inherited from my Aunt. I used to have it really bad all over my body when i was in my teens and 20's with quite bad patches but during my life it has come and gone then come back again. Im 56 now and have been on HRT for the last 2 years and ive noticed that my psoriasis has gone through the roof almost at chronic proportions on my scalp and its making my hair really thin which i hate i also have it bad on my elbows. I was just wondering if any one else has had the same experience with HRT and their psoriasis. Also is there a decent medicated hair shampoo that you could recommend. Thank you :)
