Imraldi help please

Hi all, I'm 7 weeks into imraldi medipens. I can't see any real improvements yet. However, it's gotten worse in a few areas, particularly on most of my face and neck, where I have a red rash, it's hot to touch, and aqueous cream, just soaks into it. If anyone's been on imraldi, is this normal? Or should I tell the Dr that put me on it? Thanks
