Inverse psoriaisis

I've been on Stelara for 10 years or so and I was perfectly fine until recently. My next dose is in the end of this month. I started a warehouse job, grave yard shift. It looks like I'm not sleeping well and I started to develop inverse psoriasis (30% covered already in less than a month), its getting worse daily. I'm not sure what to do, so sad. I'm not sure if the dose of Stelara is going to help again.
