Itchy legs with no psoriasis patches

Hi Everyone, I occasionally get very mild psoriasis, generally on my face, luckily my beard hides alot of it. I currently have some on my face but i also get itching sensation on my legs but with no patches. Has anyone had anything similar? I'm trying to work out whether it is connected to psoriasis or whether i should be pursuing a different avenue. Thanks Steven
