Severe Psoriasis and swollen lymph glands

Hi all I have been taking biological for years for my psoriasis. I had a year off the biological from moving and then COVID outbreak....it took so long! I finally have had my first tremfya injection on Thursday. I have however got swollen lymph glands in my groin...my psoriasis is covering about 70% of my body currently. Lymph gland not related to tremfya as it occurred a few days before. Waiting to see my doctor. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
