At night time it’s the worst!
Anyone tried an antihistamine to relieve the itching?
Which cream do you find also helps relieve the night time itch?
Thanks

Hi. I'm on biologic now but up to end of August I would take either fexofenadine or phenergan to help control the itching (I get both on prescription).
I used to find moisturiser, whilst essential, use to make me overheat which caused itching. Also make sure you do not use anything with scent in. I've been using Surcare products for a long time for clothes washing and even washing up. No irritants in it all all x
I use over-the-counter Benadryl to control itching, usually in the winter after I've eaten something I know I shouldn't have. Works well for me.
The main side effect for me is that it makes you drowsy, so I can only really take Benadryl at night. And it can cause dry eyes if I use it for more than a day or two.
