Kefir

Has anyone tried Kefir from Chuckling Goat? They have references on their website from many psoriasis sufferers to support its effectiveness.. Have had psoriasis for over 40 years and now on Otezla. To try Kefir I’d have to come off the Otezla which I’m reluctant to do in case My psoriasis goes out of control - it’s currently fairly manageable. Just wondered if I can learn from anyone else’s experiences. Thanks.
