Hello I'm new here

Hello everyone, I've had psoriasis all of my 57 years so it's a kind of normal for me. I came off methotrexate, my dermatologist knows, as I had concerns re my immunity, in light of covid outbreak. Since then I have become worse in everything my joints (have osteo everywhere plus Fibromyalgia) I'm barely mobile(psa has been queried yet never fully diagnosed) obviously psoriasis is back with worse palmoplantar Pustules. Could this be why I feel so rough? I'm going to contact dermatologist again I do have other health conditions too (I'm completing my own A to Z of illness lol)
