Covid and psoriasis

Unfortunately I became ill with covid around Xmas. I have skin psoriasis and psoriatic artritis. I'm one of the lucky ones who got through it without having to be hospitalised but I'm still weak from it, my skin and joints are in a very bad way at the moment. I chose to stop my treatment while I was positive, due to wanting my immune system to have a chance ( yes I know very silly and risky).
