Sunscreen recommendations

Hi everyone! First Summer of psoriasis diagnosis so bear with me... Do I need to use a sunscreen? Pso is mainly around my collarbone/neck/chest. I’ve read that sunshine usually helps but do I still need to protect the affected skin and if so do you use anything special? Thank you Wusskat

Thanks Disne I’ve found sunscreen just irritates my skin and brings on the itch. I love gardening and have invested in a wide-brimmed straw hat to keep the sun off my face and chest. Worst place for me is sitting in a car with the sun streaming through the windows - just 10 minutes can cause a flare that lasts for weeks!
